line out of a desire to wed design and wearability; a belief that women should never have to choose between fashion and comfort.
Just like her shoes, Jeanne is multifaceted, possessing two wildly opposed sides that combine to create a lovely whole.
The daughter of highly regarded artist and professor, James Jarvaise, Jeanne was raised in Spain and the hills of Santa Barbara.
Surrounded by art, literally from the beginning of her life, Jeanne shared her father’s passion for design and beauty and showed a
natural aptitude for painting. But Jeanne functioned just as successfully in the concrete world of numbers and earned herself degrees
in Mathematics and Applied Economics from UCLA. From this unique combination of art and science, the roots of her business were born.
